Please read these terms carefully before using the wb33 platform — all policies regarding account registration, bonuses, transactions, and responsible gaming are described in detail here.
This document forms the basis of the agreement between users of the wb33 platform and wb33. By registering on or continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have accepted these terms. Last updated: 2026.
General Terms & Definitions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the wb33 platform ("Platform"). Here, "user" or "member" refers to any person registered on the Platform. "wb33" refers to the organization that operates this Platform.
wb33 is a platform providing online betting and casino services in Bangladesh. We ensure SSL encryption and fair play. wb33 reserves the right to amend these Terms as needed. Any changes will be published on the Platform when they take effect.
- "Account" refers to each member's own registered profile.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional reward or additional funds provided by wb33.
- "Transaction" refers to deposits and withdrawals.
- "Bet" refers to placing money on any game or sport on the Platform.
Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on wb33, users must meet the following conditions:
- Minimum age of 21 — only those aged 21 or above may register.
- Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
- Opening an account under a false identity or in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.
- It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential.
wb33 may request additional documents at any time as part of the identity verification (KYC) process. If documents are not provided, the right to temporarily suspend the account is reserved.
If account login details are shared with anyone else, the member is fully responsible for all activity on that account.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
Transactions on wb33 are fully secure and fast. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Terms
- Only bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are accepted for deposits.
- Deposited funds will be added to the account only after successful verification.
- If any transaction is delayed due to a technical error, wb33 will resolve it as quickly as possible.
- Providing the correct mobile number and amount at the time of deposit is mandatory.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method originally used for the deposit.
- Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that all wagering requirements have been met.
- If a suspicious transaction is identified, wb33 may temporarily hold the withdrawal for review.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 — withdrawals below this amount are not possible.
Withdrawals are usually processed within 1 hour. However, if identity verification is required, this time may increase.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
wb33 offers a welcome bonus for new members. By accepting this bonus, the following terms automatically apply:
Welcome Bonus Terms
- 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
- Example: deposit ৳26,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳41,000.
- Wagering Requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
General Bonus Policy
- Claiming the same bonus more than once on a single account is prohibited.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
- wb33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If a member attempts to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be closed immediately.
- It is each member's responsibility to read the relevant specific terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
VIP Program & Cashback Policy
wb33's VIP program has a total of five tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and additional benefits.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on the member's overall activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is provided each week based on regular activity.
- Cashback is credited directly to the account.
- wb33 may change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.
- If fraud or a policy violation is proven, VIP benefits may be cancelled immediately.
Betting & Gaming Policy
The following policies must be strictly followed when conducting betting and gaming activities on wb33:
Casino Games
- All casino games are operated according to fair play principles.
- Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.
- If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, wb33 will take appropriate action.
- If the platform connection is lost during a game, the result of that round will be determined according to the server's record.
Sports Betting
- Once a bet is placed, the outcome cannot be changed.
- If a related event is cancelled or postponed, wb33 will consider refunding the bet amount in accordance with its own policy.
- When combining multiple bets (parlay/accumulator), the individual terms of each bet apply.
- If a dispute arises over the result of any event, wb33's decision will be considered final.
Participation in match fixing, game manipulation, or any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account and balance will be forfeited.
Prohibited Activities & Account Closure Policy
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the wb33 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
- Using a false identity, false information, or forged documents.
- Operating games or betting through any software, bot, or automated method.
- Abusing the bonus system or promotional arrangements.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Interfering with the platform's security or technical systems.
- Harassing or misconducitng toward other members.
wb33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any violation of the above policies. If a violation is proven, forfeiture of the account balance is also possible.
Privacy & Data Protection
wb33 places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. All data is securely stored and transmitted through SSL encryption technology.
- Members' personal information is never sold to third parties.
- Information may need to be provided to authorities in cases of legal obligation.
- Usage data is analyzed to improve the platform's services.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Regulation

Changes to Terms & Effective Date
wb33 reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
- For significant changes, members may be notified by email or through their account.
- It is each member's responsibility to review these terms regularly.
- The most recently updated version of these terms will always be published on the platform.
